When you login for the first time and edit this homepage you will see that nothing special was typed in and yet the above address shows as a link in your browser.

Structuring pages in this way makes it easy for you to change startup pages regulalry, perhaps you can keep a christmas or easter message on separate pages and switch between those and your regular home page at appropriate times of the year.
